Making A Purchase Ordering

You can order online 24hours a day or by telephone :01737 770408 Mon-Sat 9am-5.30 (closed Wednesday afternoons)

When ordering you will need to provide us with your registered credit card billing address, telephone number and e-mail address. We will only deliver to the cardholders billing address. Your order will be dispatched when authorisation of your credit card has been received. You may also pay by cheque, please allow up to 10 days for your cheque to clear before we dispatch your goods.

Once your order has been received you will receive an automated reply from bionic sports acknowledging that we have received your order. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail to the address that you supplied when registering /ordering and you will be advised when your order will be dispatched and if anything is out of stock. This confirmation e-mail will bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days .
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

All Credit card holders are subject to validation checks with the card issuer. This is done to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.

We will pass on all the details (e-mail, address, credit card number, etc) of any fraudulent orders.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE CREDIT CARD FRAUD

If the issuer of your card declines authorization of the payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery of your order.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
